All scooters undergo full checks on brakes, steering, motor performance, electrics, tyres, frame integrity and battery condition before sale.

Battery Disclaimer:

This scooter is fitted with a lithium battery. Lithium batteries cannot be capacity-tested in the same way as traditional batteries; however, the scooter has been checked, runs correctly and the battery appears to be performing as expected at the time of sale.

Battery performance varies with age, temperature, terrain and user weight. All batteries are tested to ensure they are holding charge well, but mileage will differ from manufacturer estimates. Long-term battery life cannot be guaranteed.

Warranty (90 days – return to base) 

All scooters include a 90-day parts and labour warranty covering mechanical and electrical faults that occur during normal use. 

This is a return-to-base warranty, meaning the scooter must be returned to us for inspection and repair where required. 

If a genuine fault occurs within 30 days of delivery, we will cover the cost of collection and return. 
After 30 days, the warranty remains valid, however the customer is responsible for return delivery costs. 

The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, water ingress, cosmetic wear, tyres, or gradual battery capacity reduction. 

Returns (faulty goods) 

If a scooter is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assess the issue and advise the most appropriate solution, which may include repair, replacement parts, or return in line with the warranty terms. 

Change-of-mind returns 

If you decide you no longer want the scooter after delivery (for reasons other than a fault): 

• The buyer is responsible for return delivery costs 

• The scooter must be returned in the same condition as delivered 

• A restocking fee will be applied to cover inspection, testing, cleaning, and administration 

• Any damage, missing items, or excessive use will be deducted from the refund

We provide free delivery across Kent and Sussex, including a full setup and demonstration on arrival. Our team will make sure the scooter is adjusted correctly and ready to use before we leave.

Delivery to other parts of the UK can be arranged on request. If you are outside our free delivery area, please contact us and we will help organise a courier to your location at a fair, transparent rate.

You are also welcome to collect your scooter from our Swanley location by appointment, with our team on hand to assist with loading and any questions you may have.
