The Kymco K-Lite FE is engineered as an ultra-lightweight, automatic-folding transport scooter built around a compact aluminium frame and a 24V electrical system. It uses a removable lithium battery pack for easy handling and convenient indoor charging.

All scooters are fully inspected, cleaned and electrically tested before sale. This includes checks on the folding mechanism, motor performance, braking, steering, control module, tyre integrity and battery performance.

Battery Disclaimer:

Battery performance varies with age, temperature, terrain and user weight. All batteries are tested to confirm they are holding charge correctly, but actual mileage will differ from manufacturer estimates. Long-term battery life cannot be guaranteed.

Warranty (90 days – return to base) 

All scooters include a 90-day parts and labour warranty covering mechanical and electrical faults that occur during normal use. 

This is a return-to-base warranty, meaning the scooter must be returned to us for inspection and repair where required. 

If a genuine fault occurs within 30 days of delivery, we will cover the cost of collection and return. 
After 30 days, the warranty remains valid, however the customer is responsible for return delivery costs. 

The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, water ingress, cosmetic wear, tyres, or gradual battery capacity reduction. 

Returns (faulty goods) 

If a scooter is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible. We will assess the issue and advise the most appropriate solution, which may include repair, replacement parts, or return in line with the warranty terms. 

Change-of-mind returns 

If you decide you no longer want the scooter after delivery (for reasons other than a fault): 

• The buyer is responsible for return delivery costs 

• The scooter must be returned in the same condition as delivered 

• A restocking fee will be applied to cover inspection, testing, cleaning, and administration 

• Any damage, missing items, or excessive use will be deducted from the refund

We provide free delivery across Kent and Sussex, including a full setup and demonstration on arrival. Our team will make sure the scooter is adjusted correctly and ready to use before we leave.

Delivery to other parts of the UK can be arranged on request. If you are outside our free delivery area, please contact us and we will help organise a courier to your location at a fair, transparent rate.
